I coach and consult with leaders in business, nonprofit, and spiritual settings to help you both imagine and realize your desired futures. I also offer strategic planning, team building and social/emotional intelligence programming. As a trained group facilitator and keen observer of group process, I welcome all voices and perspectives, attend to shifts in energy, distill key observations, and help create shared vision and actionable plans. If you want to retreat and refresh, I’ll design and facilitate a program that meets your unique needs.
In individual coaching, we work one-on-one via phone or video chat, or in person if you are in the Durham, North Carolina, area. Coaching sessions are typically weekly or biweekly, with a minimum of three months in order to provide a long enough time for you to gain traction and see real progress. While I will customize my work to your needs and goals, individual coaching entails leadership, life, or spiritual coaching—or a combination of all three. I also offer mentor coaching for those seeking ACC and PCC coaching credentials.
